The Next Steps Neurodiversity Resource Fairs are free in-person community events dedicated to neurodiversity that provide resources and support for individuals of all ages who have autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and more.
Diagnosing providers, early intervention providers, mental health providers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, medical providers, educational programs/support, adult support groups, parent/caregiver support groups, home health providers, transitional and therapeutic programs, advocacy support, community connection, social connection support, mentorship, life coaching, life skills training, employment support, environmental planning and more!
Neurodiversity is the recognition and celebration of natural variations in the human brain, emphasizing that differences like autism or ADHD should be embraced as part of human diversity rather than pathologies. Neurodiversity promotes acceptance, inclusion, and support for individuals with these differences.
All of our events are indoors. The events will proceed as scheduled, even with inclement weather. However, if roads in the immediate area become impassable, we may need to make adjustments for safety reasons. Our website and social media will be updated regularly if weather becomes a concern.
Everyone is welcome! This event is designed for individuals of all ages, their families, educators, employers, and allies who want to connect and support neurodiverse individuals.
There will be resources for all ages, from early childhood, school age, transition age, young adult and middle-aged adults, and seniors. Anyone interested in resources and support is encouraged to attend.
